We are here…
Coming from a background in early childhood education, autism and inclusion, we have long recognised the significant gap between the need for inclusion of all children and the specialist understanding, knowledge and skills required to achieve it. Despite best endeavours to achieve full inclusion, it has become evident that professionals in the field find this challenging without additional specialist training, mentoring and support.
We stand for…
· Practices that are rights-based, strengths-based
and neurodiversity-affirming
· Building workforce capacity in professionals working with children who are challenged by developmental delays and autism
· Understanding and supporting co-regulation
· Building the capacity of families to support their children’s well-being with independence and self-determination
· Supporting the development of socially inclusive community settings where children and families can participate fully and enjoy positive and reciprocal relationships.
We achieve this…
Through remote delivery platforms, we can achieve these goals by making our online learning programs, evidence-based and accessible to all, whatever your experience, context or location. We follow up your online learning experience with ongoing mentoring and support. Through this process you will develop skills and strategies to promote learning through play, learning through peer play and learning through parent mediated play.
